FebFast - The End is Near!

FebFast is fast coming to an end and I'm sure many of you are keen for it to finish! 5 days left to go and I must say, no alcohol and sugar has been a real challenge even for me!

Topic of the Week

Push Ups

Push ups are a great exercises, there can be different variations that can make it easier or harder. In my years of training clients, it's also one of the easiest exercise to do incorrectly. 


The article: 'How to do a Pushup' will talk about the Push up, the variations but the part I want you all to look at is the common mistakes that people make. The most common one is the incorrect position/placement of the hands. Remember what muscles we are trying to work!
